Name: Quaggoth
Type: Beast-like Humanoid
Origin: Dungeons and Dragons

Here’s another creature that isn’t technically a demon in the religious aspect! The quaggoth is a D&D monster found in the Underdark. They’re sometimes known as the “deep bear” due to their bear-like appearance. They are tall and bulky, with long, shaggy white hair. Some of the more intelligent ones paint or dye their fur to blend in better with their environment—white tends to stand out in the dark. Quaggoths form a warlike society, but they are just as likely to end up as prey as they are to come out on top as predators. Drow, in particular, are known to exploit their ferocity and force quaggoths into slavery.
